Vision will be undergoing routine maintenance between midnight and 3am. During this time, the Vision reporting suite will be unavailable. Call recordings, voicemails and inbound faxes will be delayed in appearing in the My Windsor portal but will still be delivered via email as usual. Bespoke missed call alerts and other notification services may also be affected. Please contact your account manager if you have any questions.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Faxing (Incoming Faxes), My Windsor (My Windsor Portal, My Windsor Mobile App, API, Vision Call Statistics), and Inbound (Voicemail, Call Recording, Missed Call Alerts).
