During this window, we shall update the media servers and other components handling calls to send their data and CDRs directly to the new cluster. This also involves a slight change to the way CDRs are handled and this will not affect their format.

Due to the nature of the work, and it needing to be performed across multiple availability zones, service should be considered at risk for the duration of the maintenance window.
