We will be carrying out some critical infrastructure upgrades which will affect most customer facing portals across the Windsor Telecom Network. This work should not take longer than 2 hours. During this time, the My Windsor Portal will be unavailable to access. All telephony services remain unaffected.

This scheduled maintenance affected: My Windsor (My Windsor Portal, My Windsor Mobile App, API, Vision Call Statistics), Faxing (Outgoing Faxes), Inbound (Voicemail, Call Recording, Callback Requests), and Cloud Telephony (Management Portal, Analytics).
