We are migrating parts of our customer facing web infrastructure to a new environment. During this time My Windsor and services may be unavailable for up to 1 hour. Your telephony products will not be affected and you will be able to make and receive calls as normal. No call data will be lost during this time, Vision will catch up within a few minutes of the maintenance window closing.
